  • SAP payroll system
  • Budget
  • Bonus and leave payment calculations
  • Reversal of bonuses
  • SARS, UIF training, COIDA
  • Month end payments and reconciliations
  • Leave management
  • Competence Management
  • Skills Development Facilitation
  • Diversity Coordination
  • Assessor and Moderator
  • Internal bursary administration
  • Skills Hub
  • Registration of Learners on NSDMS
  • Preparing Recruitment documents
  • Conducting interviews and screening
  • Conducting background checks
  • Conducting induction
  • How to use new and innovative methods of sourcing candidates
  • Supplier Vendor applications
  • Drafting formal communication e.g. personnel announcement.
  • Data maintenance such as trackers
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Manual and online filing
  • General HR projects
  • Raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders for HR

Requirements for Eligibility

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Management / Business Administration / Industrial Psychology
