- Reversal of bonuses
- SARS, UIF training, COIDA
- Month end payments and reconciliations
- Leave management
- Competence Management
- Skills Development Facilitation
- Diversity Coordination
- Assessor and Moderator
- Internal bursary administration
- Skills Hub
- Registration of Learners on NSDMS
- Preparing Recruitment documents
- Conducting interviews and screening
- Conducting background checks
- Conducting induction
- How to use new and innovative methods of sourcing candidates
- Supplier Vendor applications
- Drafting formal communication e.g. personnel announcement.
- Data maintenance such as trackers
- Conducting exit interviews
- Manual and online filing
- General HR projects
- Raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders for HR

- Matric
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Management / Business Administration / Industrial Psychology
