- SALARY/STIPEND: R87 000 per annum (The 1st year and will be adjusted to R91 350 on the 2nd year with a 5% cost of living increase)

Duties
Free State Department of Agriculture and Rural Development invites unemployed graduates, who wish to apply for the 24 (twenty-four) months internship programme for the years 2024-2026. Eligible candidates must have completed at least a three (3) year formal qualification from a recognised institution of Higher Learning in the following fields of study
Requirements for Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Have satisfied the academic requirements for the advertised field of study/discipline as delayed below, should not have previously served as an intern or contract worker in the Public Service and must not be older than 35 years.
- Women and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
- All appointments are subject to the verification of educational qualifications, previous experience, citizenship, reference checks and security vetting.
- Applicants who participated on the internship programme in the past will be disqualified.
- Agricultural graduates from the Free State Province will be considered and preference will be given to Unemployed Agricultural Graduates.
- Please indicate in 200 words (approximately 14 lines) on your CV, why you believe you are the right candidate for this entrepreneurial development programme.
