Duties
Graduates are given the opportunity to grow through a 4-5- year development programme, laying a strong foundation for a successful career. The Management Trainees that are successful in our programme will have the opportunity to gain exposure and experience in all operational areas of RCL Foods.
Requirements For Eligibility
• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study
• Relevant/Required BTech / BSc / BSc (Honors) depending on area of specialization
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)
