Duties
Position is to achieve safety, quality and assist in all supporting activities in the manufacturing department.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Internal production process support , improvement & monitoring
- Achieve quality targets.
- Observe all safety rules
- Ability to support all activities and requirements needed for the business.
- Ability to support overtime as per company requirements.
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Understanding of production, Body Shop and Manufacturing in an automotive industry
- Computer literacy (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
- Knowledge of Vehicle Inspection process
- Committed to succeed with high level of integrity and responsibility.
- Flexible and must be willing to adapt to whatever changes occur during the fixed term contract, this includes job rotation and other business requirements.

Requirements for Eligibility
- Matric/N3 – Mathematics and Physical Science
- Automobile industry knowledge – Preferable Body Shop experience
- Must be able to read and write (English)
- Manufacturing production related qualification will be an added advantage
